About Our Leaders:

Todd Hobbs
VP of Engineering


Todd has served as VP since January 2020, working with his team to develop products that safely deliver natural gas to vehicles and pipelines, as well as innovating to expand into new environmentally-friendly markets.

Todd’s early career experiences range from coaching collegiate track and field, to hazardous waste recycling, to integrating hydrostatic transmissions. These led him to Caterpillar, where he worked for over 18 years in a variety of product development, continuous improvement, and leadership roles. Todd left his ultimate role of Machine Research Manager at Cat to join East Manufacturing Corporation as a VP. He brings to ANGI his passion for inspiring people on their journey of improved self-efficacy.

Todd holds a BA in Physics from Illinois Wesleyan University. Todd lives in Janesville, WI where he indulges his hobby as a musician in his down time.
Joel van Rensburg
VP GM Alternative Fuels


Joel serves as the leader of ANGI and the Alternative Fuels team.

Since joining ANGI in 2013 as Director of Continuous Improvement and Quality with a focus on the producing Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) refueling equipment and systems, he has held roles of increasing responsibility. From 2014 to 2016, Joel served as Business Systems Leader, launching ANGI’s lean, policy deployment, VAVE, PPV, and NPD processes. From 2016 through to 2019 as VP of Engineering, Joel implemented engineering process controls and diversified ANGI’s offering to include remote monitoring and maintenance solutions, as well as new compression solutions to support customer flexibility. In January 2020, Joel was promoted to VP of Business Development and Marketing with a focus on international diversification and expansion into alternate fueling segments. 

Joel is driven and focused on applying his engineering and leadership skills to build a business that is at the forefront of the global decarbonization agenda. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from UW Milwaukee. He lives in Janesville, Wisconsin with his wife and two children.
Jennifer Cole
Director of HR


Jennifer leads ANGI’s human resources team, including organization and employee development, talent acquisition, coaching, and engagement. She is also a Communications Lead for the Steering Committee of the Vontier Allies for Inclusion employee resource group.

Jennifer joined ANGI in March 2020 after having served in HR leadership roles in various industries for over 17 years.

Jennifer holds an MS in Organizational Change Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a BBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Jennifer currently resides with her family in Wisconsin. She enjoys traveling, camping, kayaking, and spending time with family and friends.
Jared Hightower
VP of Sales


A 25-year veteran of the NGV/CNG space, Jared began his career as an engineer focusing on design, construction, and operations of CNG stations before moving into sales in 2002.

He joined ANGI in 2010, and participated in our transition from private to public ownership in 2014 when we joined the Gilbarco Veeder-Root family. The acquisition continues to further strengthen ANGI’s ability to innovate, improve, and to serve the CNG and RNG industries. After joining ANGI as Regional Sales Manager in 2010, Jared became VP of Domestic CNG Sales in 2011 and ultimately moved into the VP of Sales role.

Jared holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.  He enjoys travel, food of all varieties, exercise, and most importantly family time.
Kristi Bierman
Controller


Kristi has served as the Finance leader for ANGI Energy for over 24 years, and brings extensive industry experience having served ANGI for over 30 years.  Over her tenure she has held various finance and accounting positions, including leading payroll, general accounting, and cost accounting. She currently leads all finance and accounting functions, IT and enterprise resource planning.

Kristi attended Blackhawk Technical College for Accounting and received her Business/Accounting Certificate from Muhlenberg Vocational School in Greenville, Kentucky. Kristi currently lives in Janesville, WI and enjoys travel with family and friends. She has 3 adult children and 2 granddaughters with whom she is privileged to spend regular time. 
Reza Majidansari
VP of Field and Customer Support


Reza recently joined ANGI and brings over 25 years of global executive experience in product delivery, manufacturing operations, aftermarket sales and marketing, and post-sales support and services.   
His focus has been transforming worldwide operations from startup or in turnaround situations to high-performing and profitable organizations. 

Reza has extensive experience transitioning service businesses from a cost center to deliver bottom-line profit via pre & post-sales technical support and services infrastructure establishment.

Reza holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine.
Jason Waldrop
Director of Operations


Jason has served as Director of Operations at ANGI since February of 2020. He and his team relentlessly pursue waste elimination and increased productivity in their role procuring, producing, and shipping all internally built ANGI items.

Jason holds a strong knowledge of operational directives and Lean implementation. He has held roles of increasing responsibility in food and hot-fill beverage manufacturing, primary packaging technologies, lean facilitation, and general management including Operations Manager and General/Plant Manager.

Jason served in the United States Navy as a Sonar Technician and an Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist. During his time in the military he conducted a Gulf cruise in Operation Desert Fox, and a UNITAS cruise multination maritime exercise in Latin America. 

Jason has an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has lived all over the United States, including Michigan, Illinois, California, Virginia, Florida, and Kentucky, and currently resides in Wisconsin. Jason has two daughters, enjoys cooking for friends and family, playing the ukulele, and would be a country music singer…if he had “a better voice and guitar skills.”
